I bought the dualtron victor from france and I live I live in germany. When I went to inssure it, the inssurance company told me that I need the operating permit so I can do that, But I do not have this document. Please help me

  2. Angel says:

Probably never will because all PLEVs are compared to a 4 wheeled bathtub with a major design flaw.

  3. Ralph Panhuyzen says:

Nope, just heard that e-scooters and -boards will stay illegal in the Netherlands. They don’t replace the car, what would be a positive thing. They replace walking and cycling.

    • Rafal says:

So because of that they keep them being illegal. Any similarities with North Korea where the Government decides what’s best for you ? 😅

    • person of colorado says:

they are legal in 2023 but only ONE approved model by the government, must have a license plate and insurance. you can bet that the police will be behind every tree and bushes to check any scooter for any violations. I can’t imagine any other country having these ludicrous restrictions, and with all of these I don’t know why they even bother.

    • Tyler says:

We don’t know if driving an electric scooter is legal in your country right now. But I will update our list as soon as I know more.

        • Stink Tyler says:

Sorry, but in Spain its regulated with basic regulations while a solution is found at the state level, as in the rest of the world. And the main cities already have it regulated. Drinking beer and doing what you want is typical of foreigners.
